About the Role
This position requires an understanding of global markets and technology trends in the Airport Lighting Space or similar markets. The incumbent will develop, direct and coordinate a global organization with functional responsibilities for business development, sales, product management, research and development, operations, and finance. Success is measured by increased sales penetration into existing accounts, growth with new customers and markets, and meeting pre‑established operational performance and profitability goals. The role owns and executes the annual strategic growth and operating plan, leads all business and functional support operations, and works closely with division and regional staff to standardize processes and apply rigorous performance metrics. It is accountable for full‑profit‑center performance, ensuring operational execution, financial results, sales growth, market share, profit contribution and ROI, especially targeting FAA (US) and ICAO (international) opportunities. The leader also oversees supply chain and logistics to maintain high customer satisfaction, builds a high‑performance culture through hiring, development and motivation, and drives portfolio management using customer feedback, market trends and competitor monitoring. • Execute annual strategic growth and operating plan aligned with business objectives. • Lead all functional support operations and standardize processes across divisions and regions. • Ensure full profit‑center performance, meeting sales, market share, profit, and ROI targets. • Drive supply chain, logistics, and customer satisfaction for delivery, quality, and service. • Build a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture through hiring, development, and motivation. • Manage portfolio growth using customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis. • Maintain a safe work environment by implementing EHS/OSHA safety programs.

What You Bring
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least ten years of professional experience in a multi‑plant manufacturing organization, including five years in leadership roles and five years in product line management or operations. Additional requirements include 8+ years of product line management or commercial operations experience, SAP expertise, international business planning, and experience with large capital government projects. Required competencies are a strong operations background, full profit‑center management, financial planning and forecasting, frequent customer interaction, cross‑functional execution, and a collaborative leadership style. • Hold a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in multi‑plant manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership. • Possess 8+ years of product line management or commercial operations experience, SAP proficiency, and global business planning expertise. • Demonstrated ability to manage large capital government projects and interact with senior executives.
