About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise, assign, and coordinate Outage Planning and Services (OP&S) operations and maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient outages that align with Constellation Nuclear and clean‑energy center goals. Key duties include supervising craft personnel to ensure maintenance work is performed safely, by qualified workers, and in compliance with NRC regulations and plant schedules. The role participates in work‑control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outages, and communicates plant and personnel issues to OP&S and station management. Additional responsibilities involve coaching and performance management, administering training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective‑action programs, and identifying improvement opportunities. • Supervise and coordinate OP&S outage planning and maintenance activities. • Ensure all work complies with NRC regulations and clean‑energy center schedules. • Participate in work‑control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outages. • Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and station management. • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of assigned craft personnel. • Administer training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective‑action programs. • Identify and implement improvement opportunities for corporate and clean‑energy objectives. • Travel 10‑50 % of the time to support Constellation clean‑energy sites.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline with five years of industry experience (or three years within Constellation Reactor Services), a senior reactor operator license with equivalent experience, an associate degree or apprenticeship with seven years experience, or a high school diploma/GED with nine years experience. Candidates must meet access and medical requirements applicable to the position. Preferred qualifications include OEM training related to reactor, turbine, or steam‑generator projects, experience supervising maintenance craft at an operational nuclear plant, and expertise in fuel handling, lifting and rigging, master rigger qualifications, procedure revision, P6 scheduling, and operation of heavy‑lifting equipment such as cask transporters and cranes. • Hold a relevant bachelor's degree (engineering or technical) with required industry experience, or equivalent licensure or apprenticeship. • Preferred: OEM training, supervision experience at a nuclear plant, fuel‑handling, lifting/rigging, master rigger, P6 scheduling, and heavy‑lifting equipment operation.
