About the Role
The company is hiring a Regional Top C&SP Customer – Business Support and Risk Coordinator who will act as the single point of contact for demand and capacity coordination across sales, supply chain, engineering, and factories for the region’s most critical customers. In this role you will consolidate and maintain clean opportunity pipelines for the top eight C&SP accounts, own the monthly non‑ETO forecast with committed, probable and strategic layers, and translate customer roadmaps into a 0‑18 month rolling demand curve that feeds zone demand plans. You will also translate the six‑month MW Build Plan into detailed offer‑level and factory‑level capacity requirements, develop coordinated capacity plans for Prefab, UPS, Cooling, MV/LV and Busway, and provide 18‑month to five‑year forward‑looking capacity visibility to stakeholders. The position leads a light monthly SIOP cadence, runs pursuit review governance for large data‑center deals, flags capacity risks and bottlenecks with early alerts to senior leadership, and supports strategic trade‑off decisions such as make/buy and investment sequencing. • Serve as SPOC for C&SP demand and capacity coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and factories. • Consolidate and maintain clean opportunity pipelines for the top 8 C&SP accounts. • Own and manage monthly non‑ETO forecasts with committed, probable, and strategic layers. • Translate customer roadmaps into a 0‑18 month rolling demand curve and integrate into zone demand plans. • Participate in converting the 6‑month MW Build Plan into detailed factory‑level capacity requirements. • Develop and maintain coordinated capacity plans for Prefab, UPS, Cooling, MV/LV, and Busway. • Provide 18‑month to 5‑year forward‑looking capacity visibility to stakeholders. • Lead a light monthly SIOP cadence and pursuit review governance for XXL data‑center deals. • Identify and flag capacity risks, bottlenecks, and constraints; escalate early alerts with mitigation options. • Support leadership on long‑term strategic trade‑offs (make/buy, footprint, investment) and early factory loading. • Ensure consistent planning discipline across regions and accounts.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus, and have 8‑12+ years of experience in global supply chain, SIOP, or demand‑and‑capacity planning, preferably in data‑center or complex infrastructure projects. Required competencies include advanced planning and analytical skills, senior‑level stakeholder management, scenario‑based risk thinking, strong communication and storytelling with data, and proficiency in advanced Excel, forecasting tools and data visualization; fluency in English is mandatory. • 8‑12+ years experience in global supply chain, SIOP, or demand & capacity planning. • Proven background with data‑center, C&SP, or complex infrastructure projects. • Advanced planning and analytical skills; strong stakeholder management at VP level. • Scenario‑based risk management mindset; ability to operate in ambiguity. • Proficiency in advanced Excel, forecasting tools, and data visualization. • Fluent English (written and spoken); MBA or related master’s degree a plus.
