About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager will oversee complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects for new construction, coordinating internal Bosch teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality results using leading vendors such as Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone and Avigilon. The role requires full‑cycle project ownership—from scoping and planning through execution and commissioning—while embodying Bosch’s values of leadership, people development, teamwork, and client focus. Effective stakeholder engagement across large organizations is essential for success. • Develop and manage schedules for on‑time delivery; monitor budgets and maintain financial health. • Create and manage comprehensive project plans covering communication, resources, procurement, commissioning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder requirements. • Provide accurate financial reports to meet profit margin targets. • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships for repeat business and development opportunities. • Produce clear, up‑to‑date documentation accessible to all stakeholders. • Control costs and maximize productivity through best practices and standard processes. • Manage all written and verbal project communications effectively. • Ensure client satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns. • Develop subcontractor relationships and manage subcontractor selection as needed. • Proactively assess risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of project or technical experience in infrastructure installation, structured cabling, security systems, or system integration. • Experience with utility, FERC, NERC, and CIP compliance. • Valid driver’s license. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines. • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial but not required. • Professional Engineering designation is beneficial but not required. • Strong experience with D365 ERP or other ERP systems. • Communicate effectively in English (see, hear, speak, write) with colleagues and customers. • Manual dexterity for occasional reaching, lifting light objects, and operating office equipment. • Ability to sit, stand, and walk in office and construction site environments. • Clean, orderly, properly lit and ventilated office; low to moderate noise levels. • Travel required, including possible overnight stays at client sites.
