About the Role
The role focuses on end‑to‑end presales engineering for fire and security opportunities in India across sectors such as infrastructure, industry, fit‑outs and key accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing project inputs, creating designs and bills of quantities, assessing risks, coordinating with OEMs and subcontractors, developing techno‑commercial proposals, conducting quality checks, and maintaining Salesforce updates. • Review project intake forms and conduct kickoff calls with the sales front desk. • Prepare technical designs and BOQ based on floor plans, identifying potential risks early. • Engage OEMs and subcontractors to source optimal solutions and proposals. • Analyze OEM proposals, benchmark costs, and create optimized techno‑commercial costing sheets. • Draft proposals, compliance statements, and perform self‑QC followed by delivery manager review. • Submit finalized deliverables to the front desk and update SFDC with timely entries and timesheets. • Negotiate pricing with OEMs and coordinate with internal ops/post‑sales teams. • Participate in daily and cadence calls to align strategy and improve win rates. • Track and meet organizational KPIs such as quality, on‑time delivery, win rate and productivity. • Build complex costing sheets covering material, engineering, operations and subcontractor expenses. • Maintain a robust network of third‑party vendors throughout India.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a BE in Electrical/Electronics/Communication and have at least six years of ELV systems experience, including presales and estimation across multiple verticals. They possess deep knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling and network infrastructure, strong costing skills, and a solid vendor network in India. • Possess 6+ years of ELV/ICT presales experience across infrastructure, healthcare, data centers and other verticals. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PAVA, structured cabling and network systems. • Proficient in ACAD, Visio and Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
