About the Role
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages with quality and consistency. • Engage residents and guests with a friendly, professional approach to create a welcoming experience. • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar that meets health and safety standards. • Monitor inventory of liquor, mixers, and supplies and assist with ordering to ensure optimal stock levels. • Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines to maintain a safe environment. • Support themed nights, community gatherings, and private events to enhance resident experiences. • Collaborate with property management to align bar operations with community events and expectations. • Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Bring
• Possess 1–2 years of bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club settings. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine. • Exhibit a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude focused on top‑tier customer service. • Preferably hold TIPS or ServSafe certification (not required). • Be organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining cleanliness.
