About the Role
In the Kitchen Installer role, you will install remodeling products to Mad City’s standards, apply necessary finish work, and communicate with management at the end of each job to confirm customer satisfaction and finalize payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at project completion. • Install home remodeling products according to company standards • Apply finish work as required for each construction application • Communicate with management after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments • Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at project completion

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, particularly with kitchen cabinet installation or refacing, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and strong communication and customer‑service skills.
