We are a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades, be very customer‑service focused, and be able to handle duties such as cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and taking emergency calls. • Minimum 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property. • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) required. • Customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment. • Acknowledgment and consent to possible audio recordings during work duties. • Reliable transportation is required. • Availability to work on‑call rotation.
