About the Role
The UGE Laborer/Groundman provides essential support to construction crews through material handling, equipment operation, and assistance to skilled trades, facilitating efficient project execution. • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and hazards. • Assist tradesmen to improve efficiency of skilled tasks. • Monitor dig crews to identify utilities and prevent hits. • Maintain and clean equipment after use. • Restock trucks with tools and supplies for crew needs. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, bending, squatting, climbing, and working in inclement weather.

What You Bring
