About the Role
The engineer will manage, design, develop and maintain construction projects ranging from small‑scale to large‑scale, ensuring safety, timeliness and sustainability. Responsibilities include conducting on‑site investigations, analyzing maps and reports, performing feasibility studies, creating blueprints, assessing risks, materials and costs, and providing creative solutions to emerging issues. In addition to technical work, the role requires overseeing and mentoring staff, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, monitoring project progress, compiling status reports, and ensuring compliance with permits, safety regulations and technical documentation. • Manage and design construction projects from small to large scale, ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability. • Conduct on‑site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, tests, and drawings. • Perform technical and feasibility studies and develop blueprints that meet specifications. • Assess risks, material requirements, and project costs; provide creative problem‑solving. • Oversee and mentor staff while liaising with diverse stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, compile status reports, and maintain technical documentation. • Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and other guidelines.

Required qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering, ability to produce independent designs, and experience managing both staff and clients. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, with Civil 3‑D preferred, and experience in oil & gas or renewable energy projects is highly valued. Additional skills such as site grading, project scope and budget management, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and strong verbal and written communication are essential. • Hold a BS in Civil Engineering and be capable of independent design production. • Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3‑D preferred) and experienced in oil & gas or renewable energy sectors. • Demonstrate site grading expertise, project scope definition, and budget management. • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent verbal and written communication.
