Job Highlights
About the Role
As a key part of our team, you'll travel to customer sites, ensuring water systems are safe and compliant across the region. Your day will involve essential tasks like inspecting and cleaning water storage vessels (including leading on tank chlorinations), installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves, and conducting routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part 2, such as flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and performing crucial sampling for closed water systems. • Travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant. • Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including tank chlorinations. • Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves. • Conduct routine monitoring per HSG 274 Part 2 (flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, sampling closed systems). • Use SimPRO system to manage workload.

What You Bring
You'll also expertly use our SimPRO system to manage your workload. Your ability to spot problems and proactively find solutions, combined with detailed knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274, will be vital in maintaining our professional and compliant reputation. You'll need a full, clean UK driving licence and City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent suitable industry experience, to succeed in this role. Please note that a successful candidate must undergo an enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance. • Identify problems, propose proactive solutions, and apply knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274. • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence. • Possess City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training or equivalent industry experience. • Undergo an enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance.
