About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple sites, ensuring units are ready for rent, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing supplies, and handling cash audits and bank deposits. • Operate autonomously at multiple storage facilities. • Evaluate client storage requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. • Sell packing and moving supplies during customer interactions. • Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability. • Reconcile cash drawers and complete bank deposits each day. • Contact customers with payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Transport items weighing up to 35 lb and navigate outdoor environments for up to 50% of the shift. • Execute cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal. • Provide flexible full‑time scheduling between 9:30 am and 6 pm, with weekend coverage until 5 pm.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds, spend up to half of the shift walking outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform routine cleaning and grounds maintenance.
