About the Role

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role within our high‑performing New Product Development (NPD) teams, supporting the design, development and launch of products that drive innovation and cost reductions. Reporting to Program Management, the analyst serves as the lead for all supply‑chain activities, participates in weekly cross‑functional meetings and communicates part status throughout the development cycle. This position balances maximizing service levels with minimizing costs while meeting performance metrics and continuous‑improvement goals. Collaboration spans external suppliers, internal manufacturing sites and multiple functional groups. • Manage parts from award through launch to achieve on‑time, on‑budget, 95%+ delivery performance. • Meet NPD team goals for launch date, costs, contribution margin, quality and volume. • Achieve supply‑chain metric targets such as on‑time delivery, PPAP submissions and cost control. • Control costs by maintaining quoted prices, adhering to MOQ policies and reducing excess‑and‑obsolete inventory and air freight. • Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities to boost metrics, cut cost or cycle time. • Execute accurate material set‑up and maintenance in SAP. • Actively manage purchase orders to reduce risk while supporting service and cost objectives. • Issue tooling, PPAP and direct‑material purchase orders, update pricing/quantity and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Manage supplier commitments for delivery, pricing, quality and minimum order quantities. • Collaborate to resolve plan changes and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders. • Participate in off‑hour calls with overseas vendors as needed.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and brings five or more years of supply‑chain or NPD experience, coupled with strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Experience managing numerous parts and projects, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing systems such as SAP is essential. A results‑driven attitude, effective communication skills and willingness to travel, including off‑hour calls with overseas vendors, are also required. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in supply chain or new product development. • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proven ability to manage multiple parts/projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Results‑driven mindset with accountability and collaborative communication. • Quick learner of multiple systems; experience with Microsoft Office and SAP a plus. • Willingness to travel occasionally, including international trips and off‑hour vendor calls.
