About the Role

• Develop limited‑scope technical solutions using basic scientific principles. • Prepare technical work plans, reports, and scientific documentation. • Collect, interpret, and analyze environmental data to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Conduct field sampling of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and sediment, managing chain‑of‑custody paperwork. • Assess contaminants and recommend restoration or remediation measures. • Perform unsupervised field tasks and lead staff in task execution. • Review analytical data for quality indicators according to established guidelines. • Coordinate sampling, data collection, and documentation with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff. • Provide technical expertise support throughout project phases.

What You Bring

The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to travel within the United States, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and operate a full‑size pickup truck in various weather conditions. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science (or related) and ≥ 2 years of relevant experience. • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel within the United States for fieldwork or meetings. • Preferred: Master’s degree, professional registration, OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification (or obtain within 6 months), experience with conceptual site models and remediation strategies. • Proficient in office suite software; GIS, CAD, database, and visualization tools are desirable. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, regulators, and team members. • Physically able to lift, carry, and load equipment up to 50 lb unassisted and operate a full‑size pickup truck in various weather conditions.
