About the Role
• Design, develop, implement, evaluate, and modify nuclear licensed operations training programs. • Coordinate and conduct performance‑based Reactor Operator (RO) and Non‑Licensed Operator (NLO) training per Constellation’s systematic approach. • Integrate INPO reports, NRC bulletins, design changes, and training effectiveness data into curricula. • Prepare examinations, evaluate trainees in classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator settings, and provide counseling with individualized training plans. • Support business initiatives, project management, refuel outage, emergency preparedness, and special projects. • Participate in NRC, INPO, and management audits and prepare responses to audit findings. • Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support.

What You Bring
The role requires mastery of skills and extensive subject‑matter knowledge to analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and modify plant‑specific nuclear licensed operations training programs. Candidates must meet one of the following education/experience combinations: a high‑school diploma/GED with six years of related experience; an associate’s degree with four years; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science with two years of relevant experience. All applicants must satisfy ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 standards for nuclear personnel, maintain required access clearance, and pass any necessary medical examinations. Preferred candidates have experience in commercial nuclear training and possess knowledge of the systematic approach to training (SAT).
