About the Role
• Provide coordination, planning, and supervision for MEP scopes of work • Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service • Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability • Review and understand contract documents • Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies • Participate in the development and management of project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules • Develop a site logistics plan • Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment • Collaborate with project partner superintendents

What You Bring
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience • Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least two years supervisory, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor • Minimum 15 years of construction experience • Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks • Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices • Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level • Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Active listening and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans • Current driver’s license • Ability to travel 100%

Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $130,100 to $192,200, with higher rates for locations like Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C., and includes eligibility for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
