About the Role

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to a manager and their team, acting as a liaison with Finance, Human Resources, IT, and other key functions. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, arranging travel, tracking budgets, handling personnel administration, supporting purchasing activities, and managing safety programs. • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, manage visitors, mail, and routine correspondence. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and arrange travel logistics. • Track budgets, process purchase cards, initiate requisitions, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies. • Maintain office supplies, conduct inventory counts, and manage automatic reorder systems. • Enter and maintain data across systems such as Maximo, Peoplesoft, and other corporate applications.

What You Bring

• Require high‑school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of progressive administrative experience. • Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of English, clerical procedures, purchasing methods, and PGE policies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, eRecords, and other enterprise software tools. • Exhibit strong written/oral communication, organization, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
