About the Role
• Prepare structural design documents such as bridge plans, retaining walls, and other structures. • Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation CONNECT, or AutoCAD. • Collaborate with senior CAD technicians and the Structures CAD Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Support multiple projects through all documentation phases from concept to final plans. • Utilize Microsoft Office and document management tools.

This role offers growth in a collaborative setting, allowing the technician to develop 2D and 3D design skills while contributing to project documentation from concept through final deliverables. • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; able to read engineering drawings and apply math and geometry. • Adapt to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments and work independently or in a team. • Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
