What You Bring
The role requires effective communication and customer‑service skills, basic Windows computer proficiency, and strong organization to meet deadlines. Candidates must be courteous, professional, a team player, and capable of following company policies. Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma (or GED) and at least one year of related experience. Work is performed in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, with occasional travel between properties in varying weather. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining seated or standing for up to 85 % of the time, with up to 5 % travel. • Utilize basic Windows computer skills and maintain organized records.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $42,432 to $49,920 and includes a comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid time off).
