About the Role
The role supports lead installers by handling equipment, preparing job sites, and assisting with the installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and related components while adhering to safety procedures. • Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork). • Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites. • Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment. • Follow installation instructions and safety procedures. • Support basic electrical, refrigerant line, and duct connections under supervision. • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. • Provide courteous, professional interaction with homeowners.
