If you are passionate about roadway construction and thrive in a dynamic, team‑focused environment, we want to hear from you. • Prior field or senior inspector experience (plus). • FDOT or Florida Turnpike experience highly desired. • Ability to interpret construction schedules. • Minimum 3 years contract‑related experience; advanced degree or certification may substitute. • Professional, self‑motivated, well‑organized, detail‑oriented; able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines with minimal oversight. • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. • Strong math and organizational abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
