About the Role

The Compliance Specialist – Policy Management and Risk Assessments plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position manages policy documentation, monitors regulatory changes, and conducts risk assessments to identify compliance gaps. The specialist works closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen the compliance framework and promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices. In this role you will keep an organized repository of compliance policies, ensure documents are current and easily accessible, and support updates that align with evolving regulations and business needs. You will monitor regulatory developments, summarize key changes, and assist in risk assessments by gathering data, identifying potential risks, and tracking mitigation actions. Additionally, you will test the effectiveness of controls, identify improvement areas, and prepare concise reports for management review. • Maintain an organized repository of compliance policies and procedures. • Update policies to reflect changing regulatory and business requirements. • Monitor regulatory developments and summarize key impacts. • Gather data and identify risks for compliance risk assessments. • Track mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution of identified gaps. • Test and monitor the effectiveness of compliance controls. • Prepare concise reports on policy reviews, regulatory changes, and risk activities.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Finance or a related field and has at least three years of experience in compliance or risk management. A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, experience with policy management tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across regions are essential. Preferred qualifications include multinational industry experience and certifications such as CCEP or CCPE‑I. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Finance, or related field. • Possess minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or risk management. • Demonstrate solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance fundamentals. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts. • Show analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills while managing multiple priorities.
