The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position focuses on qualifying and routing inbound leads across self‑service and inside‑sales channels. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with the team consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Sitemate builds mobile‑first software that modernises construction and industrial companies by replacing spreadsheets and paper with digital tools. Our mission is to help the built world capture, organise, and analyse information so projects can be delivered faster, safer and more sustainably. • Qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales channels. • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce. • Book and complete product demonstrations, meeting monthly demo quotas. • Achieve ≥95 % of target demonstrations each month. • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently while multitasking. • Handle high‑volume outreach and frequent rejection with resilience. • Conduct digital (Zoom/Teams) and face‑to‑face customer meetings (nice to have).

What You Bring
Day‑to‑day, you will qualify and route inbound leads, spend most of your time contacting prospects via phone, email and live chat, and use internal tools like Slack and Salesforce. Your performance will be tracked by the number of demos booked and completed, with the current team consistently achieving ≥95 % of targets each month. Challenges include learning the terminology of the construction and industrial sectors, quickly up‑skilling phone and email outreach, and mastering SaaS financial acronyms if you lack prior SaaS experience. The pace is rapid, so you must be comfortable learning extremely fast. The role is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking a SaaS career, who thrive in a structured, high‑agency, KPI‑driven environment, enjoy building relationships and can persevere through high‑volume tasks. Required skills include confident, clear communication across email, phone, video and in‑person settings, excellent writing and presentation abilities, and strong task organization and prioritization. Nice‑to‑have experience involves modern tooling such as CRMs, health‑scoring, live chat, knowledge bases, and conducting customer meetings digitally or face‑to‑face, as well as patience with non‑tech‑savvy users. • Communicate confidently in writing, phone, video and in‑person presentations. • Learn construction and industrial terminology quickly. • Understand SaaS financial metrics and acronyms. • Use modern tooling: CRMs, health‑scoring, live chat, knowledge bases (nice to have). • Demonstrate patience with non‑tech‑savvy users (nice to have).

Benefits
Compensation is offered on a total‑target‑earnings (OTE) basis of A$75,000‑A$110,000 including superannuation, comprising a base salary of A$50,000‑A$70,000 and commission of A$25,000‑A$40,000.
