About the Role
Building cleaning workers—including porters, janitors, maids, housekeeping cleaners, window washers, and rug shampooers—maintain commercial and institutional premises in clean, orderly condition. Duties include cleaning offices, bathrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas, as well as floor care, rug and carpet cleaning, and removal of trash, gum, and graffiti. Employees also perform minor repairs, painting, carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies, handle landscaping and snow removal, dust furniture, replace light bulbs, transport equipment, and set up tables and chairs for meetings or events. • Clean offices, bathrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas • Perform floor care: wet/dry mop, scrub, wax, polish, and carpet/rug shampooing • Conduct minor repairs, painting, carpentry, replenish supplies, landscaping, and snow removal • Dust furniture, replace light bulbs, transport equipment, and set up tables and chairs for events

What You Bring
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and less than one year of prior experience on a commercial or multi‑unit residential property.
