About the Role

The role demands a substantial understanding of standard operating procedures while handling moderately difficult tasks that require judgment in issue resolution and recommendations. You will focus on preventive and corrective maintenance, support energy efficiency measures, and operate critical systems under the guidance of senior staff. Collaboration with vendors, incident response, and supporting the overall team are key components of the position. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance checks on facility components. • Repair, maintain, install, and inspect facility systems; support energy efficiency. • Monitor BMS and resolve alarm issues per SOPs. • Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems. • Operate critical infrastructure under senior supervision. • Work with minimal daily instruction; follow general guidance for new tasks. • Support vendor work approval process, track briefings, daily work, and final reviews; ensure compliance with SOPs. • Assist vendors in updating technical files for plants and equipment. • Log site permits (e.g., MOPs) and scripts. • Identify single points of failure and recommend improvements. • Respond to on‑site incidents, failures, problems, and delays. • Follow operating procedures to support site administration. • Complete routine work requests and circuit installations. • Troubleshoot and maintain office and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime. • Make minor changes to mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems as directed. • Execute infrastructure projects. • Collaborate to resolve facility incidents. • Mentor team members on general maintenance activities. • Provide inventory needs to maintain optimal stock of critical parts and equipment. • Recommend infrastructure projects.
