About the Role
The Office Services Associate provides comprehensive support for three Sundt locations in Tempe and Phoenix, including the Fountain Head office, Tempe HQ, and the KAPBCS Training Facility. Responsibilities include handling all incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries, processing invoices for facility‑related vendors, and ordering and delivering office supplies. The role also performs front‑desk duties, prepares classrooms for training events, and coordinates with vendors to support social events and meetings while maintaining a high standard for facilities and grounds. • Assist with office services for three Sundt locations in Tempe and Phoenix. • Coordinate vendors for social events and meetings. • Prepare training spaces and review calendar for conflicts. • Maintain Excel spreadsheets for office services. • Process incoming and outgoing electronic mail. • Process invoices for facilities‑related vendors. • Provide administrative and secretarial support in assigned area. • Order and deliver office supplies and paperwork. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. • Support users with classroom technology. • Complete assigned responsibilities independently. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Follow all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to lift, carry, and handle objects. • Interact with people and technology throughout the shift. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the entire shift. • Use telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices frequently. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k). • Utilize Flexible Time Off and flexible spending accounts. • Participate in the Sundt Foundation charitable program.
