About the Role

As a Practice Builder, you will craft a bold growth vision, lead business development to win new and existing client work, deliver high-quality services profitably, and mentor the next generation of staff. You’ll receive comprehensive back-office support and the autonomy to build a thriving business with firm backing, including performance-based compensation and a path to ownership. • Define and execute a growth vision for the Land Development practice, driving sustainable innovation. • Lead business development initiatives to secure new projects and expand relationships with existing clients. • Supervise and provide technical oversight for Land Development design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Manage project profitability, resource allocation, and seamless transition of work to qualified staff. • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

What You Bring

Candidates must bring at least 10 years of civil engineering experience in Land Development, a bachelor’s degree, and a PE license. Proven business-development success, strong client networks, and expertise with AutoCAD Civil3D are required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. • Leverage 10+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills. • Demonstrate proven ability to win work through proposal writing, budgeting, and client networking. • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with clients.
