About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. Physical requirements involve transporting items up to 35 lb and spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, assess customer needs, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and payment collection calls. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring
