About the Role

The ICT/Security Digital Design Coordinator will support telecommunication and electronic security projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop functional requirements, system designs, and construction documents while ensuring design intent and project specifications are met. • Apply engineering knowledge of telecom cabling or electronic security systems to project tasks. • Evaluate customer needs, define objectives, and ensure requirements are met in designs. • Produce complete construction documents (SD, DD, CD) that convey design intent and specifications. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop functional requirements and system designs. • Create alternative design concepts, conduct feasibility and trade‑off studies, and add value‑engineered solutions. • Stay current on industry products and research emerging technologies. • Provide field support for problem resolution and technical troubleshooting.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a relevant technical education combined with several years of experience, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints. Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with design and documentation software are essential. • Hold an associate or technical degree (or equivalent experience) with at least five years of related work. • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks independently, and stay under budget. • Exhibit strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Possess proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new applications quickly. • Understand engineering drawing and design standards and practices. • Be eligible for a government security investigation and classified information access. • Be technically qualified with 3D design software and document management tools.
