About the Role

The Architecture Design Coordinator (Gap Year) role supports project teams by applying architectural techniques, preparing specifications, and coordinating across all phases of design. This position works closely with project architects, managers, and clients to ensure quality, code compliance, and successful delivery of built‑environment solutions. • Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and modifications to construction documents. • Perform assignments with general guidance from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Collaborate with owners/clients to recommend procedures and solutions. • Write architectural specifications and conduct code reviews. • Assist Project Architects and coordinators across all project phases.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Architecture (preferred qualification). • Experience with healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3‑DS Max. • Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (required). • Eligibility to obtain future registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
