About the Role

Responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture quality parts consistent with safety, ISO, quality, and housekeeping requirements. CNC operators are expected to possess skills and qualifications related to computers, machinery, and product creation. Key duties include calculating speeds and feeds based on material, validating machine programs and work instructions before machining, and documenting actions through work order routings. Operators must work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, report problems to management, meet production goals, maintain safe operations, and demonstrate functional knowledge of FANUC and Mazak CNC machines while performing any additional tasks assigned by the company. • Complete quality and daily inspection paperwork • Use hand tools such as air guns, wrenches, and drill press • Calculate speeds and feeds based on material • Validate machine programs and work instructions before machining • Document actions via work order routings • Collaborate with team in a fast‑paced environment to meet changing production • Report problems to management • Meet established production goals • Maintain safe operations per safety policies • Operate FANUC and Mazak controlled CNC machines • Operate one or more machines as required • Apply strong math skills for CNC input • Analyze blueprints to ensure final product matches design • Utilize computer software to control machinery • Maintain and troubleshoot machine functionality • Solve process issues to ensure product quality
