About the Role
The role involves performing all tasks required to produce products such as stretch cord, metal, wood, and packing. The associate works on an assembly or sub‑assembly line, performing repetitive jobs to produce and assemble items. • Maintain high production numbers to meet daily targets. • Ensure product quality and report concerns to the Lead Production Associate. • Operate at least one machine and notify supervisors of any issues. • Keep the work area organized and clean following 5S standards. • Follow job specifications outlined on work orders. • Comply with all workplace safety policies and regulations. • Select correct processes based on established rules and seek guidance for non‑routine problems. • Perform detailed checks and receive output review from senior coworkers or supervisors. • Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50+ lb. • Utilize machines and tools, including design, repair, and maintenance. • Apply lean manufacturing principles where applicable. • Convert decimal measurements to fractions and read tape measures or similar devices.

What You Bring
Work is conducted in a comfortable indoor area with occasional physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50+ pounds. No travel is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates should have 0‑2 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with machines and tools, lean manufacturing, converting decimals to fractions, and reading measurement devices.
