About the Role
Parsons is seeking a Planning Manager to lead schedule development, integration and control for a complex infrastructure project in Dublin, ensuring milestones, costs and risks are managed for on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining project management tools, communicating with engineers, contractors and regulators, and providing strategic scheduling insights to senior leadership. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and baselines aligned with strategic objectives. • Track milestones and deliverables, reporting deviations to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Coordinate scheduling activities across cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Update and manage project management tools, schedules and databases for accurate reporting. • Facilitate communication among engineers, contractors and regulatory authorities. • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure scheduling compliance with regulations, standards and best practices. • Provide scheduling insights and recommendations to the PMO and Assurance function. • Prepare status reports, meeting minutes and performance analyses. • Monitor critical‑path activities and float erosion, advising corrective actions. • Establish and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts and accurate cost coding. • Manage information requirements and capture accurate data from delivery teams. • Support the Project Manager to achieve on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.

What You Bring
• 10+ years’ experience in project controls or planning on high‑value infrastructure projects. • Proven track record in scheduling and project management. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and scheduling software. • In‑depth knowledge of project management principles and risk mitigation. • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills. • Minimum Level 8 degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field. • Knowledge of quality management and process improvement in construction/infrastructure. • PMP certification or equivalent.
