About the Role

In this role you will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. The day‑to‑day duties involve performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical work; assisting the Service Manager; ensuring timely completion of service requests; conducting preventive maintenance; responding to emergency calls; and supporting resident functions and community preservation plans. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical repairs • Assist Service Manager with community tasks • Complete service requests accurately and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs • Respond to emergency service calls per policy • Support resident events and community preservation initiatives

What You Bring
