About the Role
The firm is engaged to support a technology client’s complex projects and is hiring a Construction Cost Data Analyst to manage data, perform analytics and develop dashboard reporting for a global data centre portfolio. The role may also involve cost‑management responsibilities for related projects. Key duties include analysing cost trends, benchmarking, forecasting, presenting insights, streamlining processes with automation, reviewing pricing, maintaining cash‑flow forecasts, supporting capital‑planning requests and complying with SOX controls where required. • Analyze cost trends for a global data centre portfolio • Perform benchmarking, trend identification and growth forecasting • Provide clear, concise analysis insights and recommendations • Present findings in a professional manner to internal stakeholders • Identify and implement process improvements using software tools or automation • Review contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks and negotiate outliers • Develop and maintain monthly project cash‑flow forecasts and accruals • Compare project budgets to program‑wide benchmarks and ongoing cost trends • Recommend client funding needs based on benchmarks and cost trends • Support compilation of information for capital‑planning requests • Adhere to applicable SOX control requirements

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of experience using benchmarking, data‑modelling and statistical methods, prior commercial exposure to data‑centre or industrial projects, and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. Strong presentation, organisational, multitasking and teamwork abilities are essential, with UAT/QA experience considered a plus. • Minimum 4 years experience with benchmarking, data modelling and statistical analysis • Commercial experience in data centre or industrial/manufacturing projects • Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard skills • UAT/QA experience (helpful) • Strong client‑facing presentation abilities • Excellent organization, multitasking and teamwork skills
