About the Role
Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools across the enterprise, such as Value Stream Mapping, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, 5S+, and work instructions. Evaluate and improve operations and engineering processes using sound manufacturing principles to enhance safety, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and quality. Initiate, develop, and lead capital improvement projects, including equipment, facility enhancements, and new product start‑ups. Foster a continuous‑improvement culture by creating, leading, and communicating opportunities for quality, productivity, flow, and safety improvements. Support new product development with feasibility studies, production layout, materials planning, and costing, and perform other duties as assigned. • Apply Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, root‑cause analysis) to drive process improvement. • Lead capital projects for equipment, facility upgrades, and product launches. • Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives targeting quality, productivity, flow, and safety. • Conduct manufacturing feasibility and industrialization for new products. • Maintain safety, efficiency, cost‑reduction, and quality standards.

What You Bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required, with at least one year of experience or internship in an engineering role. Candidates should have three or more years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment; an advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MRP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project is necessary. The role demands the ability to think strategically, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate professionally across all organizational levels. • Hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering; 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in high‑mix/low‑volume settings. • Experience with AutoCAD, SAP MRP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. • Demonstrate strategic thinking, independent and team work, and effective communication across all levels.
