About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability and inventory accuracy • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Manage customer payments, making reminder and collection calls as needed • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds • Provide a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursed) • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
