Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability and inventory accuracy • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Manage customer payments, making reminder and collection calls as needed • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds • Provide a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursed) • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors, as well as performing cleaning and daily maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food, and must possess a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed).
