About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will join the West Specialist Team, collaborating with business development and operations on pursuits such as RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and pre‑qualification efforts, and will work in a hybrid setting from locations including Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, and San Francisco. • Design advanced graphics and multimedia for complex, high‑stakes proposals and statements of qualifications. • Partner with proposal and capture managers on must‑win pursuits, communicating clearly and gathering input during meetings. • Create custom presentations and lead storyboarding and content planning for proposals and interview teams. • Produce print and digital documents using branded templates and guidelines. • Develop branded graphics, templates, and illustrations, selecting appropriate imagery from digital libraries. • Participate in pursuit team planning, storyboarding, and review sessions such as Pink and Red. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft custom technical illustrations, charts, and photorealistic graphics. • Provide technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, storyboarding sessions, and final reviews. • Process comments and edits on graphic elements, ensuring issues are resolved before final submission. • Ensure quality assurance and control standards across proposal and marketing materials, maintaining consistency. • Offer input and best practices to support the marketing organization’s graphic design and template development. • Assist in adopting new tools and technologies to boost efficiency, creativity, and collaboration. • Participate in marketing best‑practice and graphics roundtables, giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Oversee finalization of documents for production, packaging, and shipping. • Handle challenging situations diplomatically, exercising discretion with confidential or sensitive matters.

What You Bring

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of graphic design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office, and strong knowledge of design best practices; preferred applicants have six years of experience and familiarity with the A/E industry.
