What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 3‑5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Candidates may need to provide their own mechanic tools and should possess advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, and possibly bilingual skills. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
