About the Role

The successful candidate will maintain regular full‑time attendance, follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and promote health‑ and safety‑first practices in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards. • Observe safety and lockout/tagout rules while operating equipment • Set up, calibrate, and run high‑speed machinery to meet production targets • Inspect incoming and processed materials for quality issues and report deficiencies • Record production, changeover, and scrap data accurately • Maintain tooling, diagnose equipment problems, and minimize downtime and scrap • Assist maintenance teams with repairs and preventive maintenance • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and keep the work area clean • Follow attendance schedule and lead health‑ and safety work practices • Read, write, and log production records in English • Operate forklifts, cranes, or similar equipment as required • Move, bend, stoop, push, pull, and use abdominal and lower‑back muscles for extended periods

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred • Basic math skills and proficiency with tape measures, micrometers, and calipers • Lift up to 60 lb, stand 10–12 hours, and perform repetitive manual tasks • Maintain dexterity, coordination, and stamina in a plant environment
