About the Role
The Production Manager role in Gurgaon, India, is a full‑time position responsible for leading the RTPF (Return Tube Plate Fin) heat‑exchanger manufacturing shop, ensuring safe operations, high‑quality output, on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. • Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production of RTPF heat exchangers according to demand. • Achieve production targets while optimizing manpower, machines, and materials. • Coordinate with PPC, supply chain, and maintenance to prevent bottlenecks. • Ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs, and control plans. • Maintain compliance with product quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications. • Enforce EHS standards and promote a zero‑accident culture. • Drive performance through goal setting, reviews, skill development, and training. • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams. • Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives. • Identify and implement cost‑reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.

What You Bring
• BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. • 10–15 years experience in heat exchanger/coil manufacturing. • Knowledge of RTPF heat exchanger processes, manufacturing drawings, quality tools, Lean/TPM. • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, data‑driven decision‑making, and communication skills.
