About the Role

What you will do: The Project Manager – Security Systems reports to the Senior Project Manager for the GCC region and is based in Dubai. You will be part of a growing team responsible for driving business growth for Security Systems. You will manage the project management team in designing and executing projects, monitor engineering projects, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications, and interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field. You will initiate and respond to contractual issues, monitor project progress, prepare reports, represent the company in client, quality, and HSE meetings, and manage client communications, invoicing, and payment collection. You will prepare technical submittals and design drawings, develop quality, inspection, and test plans, oversee cost management with monthly reporting, handle change orders, ensure milestones are met, allocate resources within budget, and train and develop project staff. You will ensure compliance with QHSE policies, liaise with QA/QC and HSE managers, monitor subcontractor performance, manage non‑conformities, conduct required inspections and tests, archive complete project records, and provide project completion feedback to the sales department. • Initiate and address contractual issues throughout project phases. • Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports. • Represent the company in client, quality, and HSE meetings. • Manage client communications, invoicing, and payment collection. • Prepare and submit technical submittals and design drawings. • Develop and implement project quality, inspection, and test plans. • Oversee cost management and submit monthly cost reports. • Initiate change orders and manage contract variations. • Ensure key milestones are met and create corrective plans for delays. • Allocate and manage staff and resources within budget. • Train and develop allocated project staff. • Ensure compliance with company and client QHSE policies. • Liaise with QA/QC and HSE managers on quality and safety matters. • Submit project completion feedback to the sales department. • Monitor subcontractor work and ensure QHSE documents are on site. • Archive complete project records and forward to the IS department. • Manage non‑conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions. • Conduct required inspections and tests and maintain records before handover.

What You Bring

How you will do it: As an experienced Project Manager you must have expertise in project execution and deep knowledge of designing security system solutions such as access control, CCTV, data LAN, PAVA, and other low‑voltage systems across the Middle East region. What we look for: A bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a similar discipline, 10‑12 years of LV security systems project engineering experience, recent leadership experience in the GCC, strong client‑facing and internal communication skills, excellent organization, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities, negotiation and labour‑management skills, knowledge of SIRA standards, cost‑estimating capability, proficiency in producing high‑quality documents, fluency in English with strong email etiquette, and solid decision‑making skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or similar. • 10‑12 years of LV security systems project engineering experience. • Leadership experience in the GCC region. • Strong client‑facing and internal communication skills. • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities. • Negotiation, labour‑management, and influencing skills. • Knowledge of Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) standards. • Ability to estimate costs and recommend cost‑effective solutions. • Proven ability to produce high‑quality professional documents. • Fluent English with strong email etiquette. • Strong decision‑making skills.
