About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Soft Services Integrated Facilities Management role is responsible for comprehensive facility and contract management, focusing on continuous improvement and achievement of financial, KPI and SLA targets. The incumbent will manage all outsourced service contracts and JLL personnel across cleaning, security, administration, reception, helpdesk, pantry and mailroom services, develop procedures, ensure material supply, and conduct routine inspections. • Manage and oversee all outsourced soft‑service contracts (cleaning, security, administration, reception, helpdesk, pantry, mailroom). • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. • Develop and implement streamlined building procedures and performance metrics. • Coordinate event setups and liaise with internal client groups. • Ensure timely response to helpdesk and mailroom service requests. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance and management reports. • Administer vendor contracts, scorecards, and statements of work, aiming for cost‑optimal delivery. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity drills. • Lead health‑and‑safety initiatives and conduct related reviews. • Maintain inventory, track resources, and drive continuous‑improvement and savings initiatives.

What You Bring
Key duties include event management, timely help‑desk response, mailroom coordination, preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports, vendor management, health and safety participation, and driving service‑level and customer‑satisfaction goals. The candidate must have 6‑8 years of soft‑service facility management experience—preferably in the hotel industry—strong people and communication skills, knowledge of occupational safety, inventory management, PC literacy, and a proven record of continuous‑improvement initiatives.
