About the Role
• Work in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resources and meet budget and time constraints. • Follow established planning and scheduling methodology when developing the project schedule. • Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines. • Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology. • Contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure to support performance measurement. • Analyze schedule data to identify trends, issues, and communicate findings to the Project Director and team. • Collaborate with internal and external clients on the project schedule. • Coach and mentor members of the planning team. • Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and contingency management for specific work packages. • Update, analyze, and report schedules promptly. • Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones. • Analyze resource requirements and availability impacts, recommending recovery options. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Assist with broader business initiatives, including responding to RFPs.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director – Scheduling who brings strong leadership and a proven track record of managing project schedules. The role operates within an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to ensure work scopes are completed on budget and on time. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related discipline; graduate degree preferred. • Bring at least 9 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry. • Excel in complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination. • Demonstrate practical exposure to network planning structures and be proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Show excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, depending on education, experience and location.
