Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

About the Role

• Travel regularly to the construction site. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Create and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau. • Capture schedule data from vendors and contractors into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies and procedures. • Work with project managers and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity. • Provide quality‑assured tracking and reporting of schedule performance. • Consolidate schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports. • Prepare client progress reports and monthly Integrated Planning/Scheduling updates. • Produce high‑level look‑ahead reports (1‑, 3‑, 6‑month) from P6. • Conduct probabilistic and trend analysis on integrated schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential schedule‑impacting issues. • Perform critical‑path and risk analysis for the project and program. • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. • Adhere to applicable SOX control requirements.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler for our data‑center team on a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires on‑site presence Monday‑Friday, with a preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate; a per‑diem is available for non‑relocating hires. The ideal candidate can quickly step into a fast‑paced data‑center environment, manage project‑level scheduling and Integrated Master Schedule coordination, work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strong relationships with both client and general‑contractor teams. • Reside near Monroe, LA or travel five days per week to Rayville, LA. • Expert in Primavera P6 (baseline creation, updates, variance, critical‑path analysis, reporting). • Experience maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Prior work on mission‑critical or data‑center construction projects. • Knowledge of vertical building construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout sequencing. • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing dependencies. • Background in project controls (preferred). • Ability to work independently and collaborate with client and contractor teams. • Skilled at developing detailed concept‑level schedules from limited data. • Proficient in Tableau and advanced Excel for schedule analysis and reporting. • Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and trend analysis. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. • BS in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • PSP (AACE) and/or EIT certification preferred.
