With two decades of experience, you will provide the strategic vision and technical mastery required to transform ambitious architectural concepts into tangible, five‑star realities. You will oversee the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship while navigating the immense scale and logistical complexity of a giga‑project environment. The position requires a minimum of 20 years of construction management experience, with significant time spent in the luxury hospitality sector such as five‑star hotels, branded residences, or elite resorts. Candidates must have deep knowledge of international building codes, luxury material sourcing, and complex structural systems, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; a master’s degree or chartership is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional negotiation skills, executive‑level communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
