About the Role
The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on a variety of telecom projects, overseeing both aerial and underground work. You will develop your team’s technical skills, lead by example to foster a company‑wide safety culture, and drive crews to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Experience leading construction crews in telecom—including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading—is essential, as is the ability to coach and mentor team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, adaptability to custom software, and relevant military MOS codes further strengthen your fit. • Proven record of high‑quality workmanship • Strong problem‑solving and hands‑on approach • Experience leading telecom construction crews (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) • Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) beneficial
