About the Role

Primary duties include verifying shipment documentation, preparing items for dispatch, maintaining stockroom inventory, and loading and unloading trucks. The clerk will operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment, use radio‑frequency scanning devices to track material movements, and supply components to assembly lines as required. Additional responsibilities involve reporting defective materials, posting data into the ERP system, and supporting special projects. • Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documentation against bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices. • Prepare and package items for shipment. • Maintain accurate stockroom inventory levels. • Load and unload trucks safely using material‑handling equipment. • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other handling machinery. • Supply materials to assembly lines according to production schedules. • Unpack, inspect, and route incoming shipments. • Report defective or non‑conforming materials to appropriate personnel. • Enter shipment and inventory data into the ERP system using RF scanners. • Conduct inventory cycle counts and trigger material replenishment. • Follow safety, environmental, and quality system procedures. • Support special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, have at least one year of shipping‑receiving experience, and be able to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and related equipment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, basic math and computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in time‑sensitive processes are required. A valid power‑vehicle license may be needed for certain tasks.
