About the Role
The paint department role supports the overall manufacturing process by handling equipment setup, maintaining delivery schedules, and operating the department’s forklift while performing any additional tasks as needed. • Work in all activities of the paint department • Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity • Set up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust settings for quality • Serve as primary forklift driver for the department • Sit or stand for up to 95 % of work hours • Periodically work in seasonal hot/cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure
