About the Role
The role involves overseeing equipment assets, planning and scheduling resources, managing large inventories, budgeting, handling rental contracts, coordinating logistics, and maintaining vendor relationships while applying 5S process improvements and driving innovation across the warehouse and equipment yard. • Manage and organize owned equipment, storage, and tooling. • Plan and schedule equipment with internal teams, equipment solutions groups, and third‑party vendors. • Oversee large inventory management and warehouse efficiency. • Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting for equipment assets. • Administer rental software contracts and equipment logistics. • Maintain vendor relations and negotiate service agreements. • Implement 5S strategies to improve warehouse and yard processes. • Lead department initiatives, including training and development programs. • Supervise a team of craft and non‑craft personnel. • Foster innovation by encouraging new process development. • Meet interior and exterior responsibilities with up to 50% travel.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent trade experience) with at least four years in construction, equipment rental, or project management, possess strong knowledge of construction equipment, maintenance schedules, and have excellent communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills, along with a clean driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%. • Apply knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, constraints, and requirements. • Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years equivalent trade experience) with 4+ years in construction, equipment rental, or project management. • Demonstrated expertise in construction equipment and materials. • Familiarity with basic maintenance and service schedules. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time. • Excellent organizational and customer‑service skills. • Proficient computer skills for equipment management tools. • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. • Experience with budget planning and financial oversight (preferred).
